I’ve created a Trello board to help manage our tasks. I considered using more full-fledged solutions such as JIRA but those are quite a bit more involved and in my experience a bit more challenging for some people to get used to, especially those who only want to do a few contributions here and there. So for now we can use Trello and as needed we can consider upgrading as warranted by project complexity.
